Avec plus de 20 km de sentiers aménagés, le secteur du Canyon des Portes de l'Enfer se caractérise par la présence d'un canyon étroit et profond dont les parois abruptes s'étirent sur près 5 km. Traversée par la plus haute passerelle suspendue au Québec, cette section de la rivière Rimouski est fortement encaissée et vous offrira l'expérience d'être suspendus à 63 mètres au-dessus du vide, à la même hauteur que les parois du canyon.

Une série de belvédères surplombent la rivière et ses chutes, dont la plus imposante d'entre elles, la chute Grand Sault. En suivant le sentier du Draveur, un circuit de 300 marches, nommé La Descente aux enfers, vous offrira également un accès privilégié au creux du canyon et aux berges de la rivière Rimouski.

Walk thought the trail that was taken by the loggers and admire the suspended footbridge, explore the Descent into Hell and appreciate the Chaud Waterfall that is located at the end of the trail.

Pine trail

This trail allows you to admire a hundred-year-old pine and the Lake Little Macpès. This hiking trail is perfect if you want to discover a different landscape. The absence of stairs makes it the ideal place for canicross enthusiasts. Close sept. 24 at october 14 2022. 

Beaver Trail

This trail takes you in the middle of the beaver's habitat and allows you to observes several species of birds and ducks. Interpretation panels will inform you about the wildlife of this natural pond.

Grand Sault Waterfall Trail

1 km

This trail allows you to admire the Grand Sault Waterfall. You can also go down to the Rimouski river near the waterfall. 

It is also possible to go to the suspended footbridge via the portage trail (about 2 km).

Daily access rights can purchase on site or online. Dogs on a leash are accepted in the trails (exceptions : interactive trails: The Devil's Road and Oniria, maze of Hell and evening activities).
